Positive leadership in unprecedented times

COVID-19 is a serious crisis, and we all need to be part of the solution. We need to take care of each other. We need to follow the rules communicated by the experts and we need to do it together. Even if it does not feel normal or is an inconvenience. 

As we all try to get as much information as we can, I think we can expect to see and hear much that is fearful. I think we can expect to be disappointed in our feeds if they rush to grab our attention with sensational and terrifying headlines - while offering little to help us understand our current reality more clearly. 

Through our actions we can choose whomever we want to be during this time. I encourage everyone to dig deep and be positive leaders;  calm, informed and pragmatic - the kind our world needs now.
